About Me:: Matthew Huffman is an Executive Search Consultant with Capital Markets Recruiting Partners, Inc. Successfully placing dozens of senior financial services professionals in this role, he was responsible for creating the overall sales and marketing approach of the firm to the Investment Banking community in the United States and abroad and for developing long term, sustainable relationships with the firm's top clients.

Mr. Huffman has more than 10 years of executive recruiting and financial services experience. Prior to becoming an executive recruiter, he worked as a full-service financial advisor to the high net worth and estate planning community for Northwestern Mutual Life, Robert W. Baird Securities where he also played a role in the management and recruiting efforts of the college internship program.

Mr. Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Maryville University of St. Louis, MO.
